you can login to epic from Mac and PC, but you can't print report from the Mac.
usually if you have trouble connect to EPIC, make sure your JAVA and Citrix Receiver is up to date.
However if you are using a partners pc, Do not upgrade to latest version of Citrix.
There are several ways to access Partners eCare / Epic:
- Partners Build: Click on Windows Start Menu Programs, All Programs, Workspace Favorites Folders, then select EPIC
- My Citrix / Workspace Apps: My Citrix / Workspace Apps link on the Partners Applications menu: Launch Epic Hyperspace.
- VPN (Portal Page): My Citrix Apps link on the Partners Applications menu on the Portal Page and then launching Epic Hyperspace.
- Internet: Accessing the Partners Workspace from anywhere at https://workspace.partners.org: From Apps Launch Epic Hyperspace.
If you use iOS devices (iphone, ipad, ipad touch), you can enroll in MobileIron to access Partners email, and other partners resources.

if you use ipad to access the EPIC, but have trouble after login, you need to contact helpdesk and ask for haiku/canto team to help out.
*connection issue: for windows 10, after install citrix receiver, check the default app to handle .ica, make sure it's set to Citrix Connection Manager. (go to Settings, System, Default apps, scroll down and click Choose default apps by file type, find .ica, and select Citrix Connection Manager*
