Teamviewer - remote support


Teamviewer allows Frontline Support Engineers to remote into your screen to help fix your computer issues. You can download and install this client by clicking the link below.

This client is available to both Mac and Windows. After you run it, it will display the id/password allowing Research support to connect to your screen. It's secure because we can't connect until you tell us the password.

Also, if you have a Mac enrolled in PEAS already, you can just open the Self Service app in the Application Folder, and install the Partners Teamviewer QuickSupport.
