Teamviewer allow Research IT remote into your screen to help fix your computer issues. You can download and install this client.
This client is available to both Mac and PC. After you run it, it will have the id/password that allow Research IT connect to your screen.
If you have a mac enrolled in PEAS already, you can just run Self Service app in the application folder, and install the Partners Teamviewer QuickSupport.
Now go to your Applications Folder, run Partners Teamviewer QuickSupport
Tell the Research IT your ID and Password
