DFCI emails & directory
To receive DFCI-wide emails, you must be added to the DFCI directory listing; there is no automated method for being included.
If you are a new employee or if you change offices or change your legal name, fill out the Telecommunications Service Request at http://dfcionline.org/departments/telecommunications/services/service_request_form/
Partners emails & the Partners Personnel Directory (PPD)
Partners has a master directory that includes affiliates such as DFCI. Several systems use the PPD, such as ServiceNow, the support ticket software used by the Help Desk. Also, Partners-wide emails use this information for creating recipient lists for announcements. Be sure to keep your information up to date in the Partners Personnel Directory (PPD), as well as DFCI’s.
Anyone can create or edit their own information in the PPD at http://ppd.partners.org (log in with your Partners username and password)
